    My best decision yet!

    A fantastic location right next to major shopping malls. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly, and the rooftop pool offered a fantastic view. I appreciated the ample dining options nearby. A little attention to room upkeep would elevate the experience further.

    Varied breakfast to start the day with pasteries and from cereal and juices. Good area, central location really close to Asuncion as well as has nice bar area.

    Ideal hotel and great and excellent location to a very impressive shopping mall where one can get basic amenities as well as gift items to take back home. Location next to Paraguays biggest shopping malls ' Shopping del Sol ', where a lot of the social life of middle/upper class Paraguayans takes place and several restaurents & coffee shops and the biggest department store. Exceptionally comfortable bed, new-fashioned and cheap room. True 5-star experience, excellent service.

    Decent location near the new part of the city, with easy access to shopping and a short drive to the older sector. The gym has basic equipment.

    The air conditioning struggled, keeping the room far too cold during the night even after reporting it. Breakfast options felt limited, especially for a hotel of this caliber, with low-quality items like dirty sesame seeds and browning chia seeds on offer.

    good location but needs service improvements

    The location is excellent next to two major shopping malls with a variety of restaurants. The room size was good, providing ample space for relaxation. The city view from the room added a nice touch to the stay.

    The staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

    The staff was very helpful. It was my first time in Asuncion and they were very helpful.

    There was construction going on. This is never good but they made a good thing out of a potentially bad thing. Also, as a business traveler, I would have liked to known that 2 of the 3 nights I was there, there were graduation parties or programs with lots of people milling around the front. Not sure I would have chosen to stay during these events.

    very good location... great bar upstairs with a view. After checking out you could take a shower upstairs in the spa area.

    Actually, just a little something:. You couldn't read the printout of the receipt at the bar. So "blind" signature. Cappuccino at breakfast is not good. You should do better in Sheraton

    The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely city view. The location is fantastic, right next to shopping malls and numerous dining options. Despite the pleasant amenities, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could use more variety. I noticed that service during busy hours had room for improvement.

    Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

    My experience was disappointing due to the extreme temperature control issues. The air conditioning was stuck at the lowest setting, leaving the room freezing all night. Despite reporting it, no engineer was available to fix it at that hour, which left us uncomfortable and frustrated. The breakfast was also limited, lacking variety and quality, especially for a hotel of this category.
